Lilikoi Cheese Cake (vegan) ☆ リリコイチーズケーキの作り方

for the crust:
120g almond
30g coconut flake
30g cacao powder
30g sweetener

for the filling:
200g cashew nuts
120g lilikoi juice
180g water
100g coconut oil
100g sweetener

corn flower


1. soak almonds at least 8 hours.
2. make lilikoi juice.
3. put all the ingredients for the filling in a blender and blend well.
4. put all the ingredients for the crust in a food processor and make them into small pieces.
5. press the crust mix into a tart pan.
6. pour the filling and sprinkle corn flowers.
7. leave it in a fridge for 4 hours.

**I used water for the filling just because I didn’t have enough passion fruits. If you could get them a lot, try to use 300g juice instead of 120g juice and 180g water. I guarantee it’s gonna be much more tasty.
